A question I got posed this week, “What is the best exercise for my abs”.
What this actually means is how do I make my abdominals more visible. Not necessarily ripped, but that “flat and toned” look.
Two things need to happen to be able to see your abdominals…
1. Have a body fat that is low enough to see the muscles. You would do this by creating a deficit of calories/energy (consuming less than you burn) forcing your body to break down body fat as fuel.
