What Actually Happens When You Lose Weight:

1. You make the conscious decision to lose weight. This could be for your own self-confidence, your health, to be able to run around with your kids or anything that is driving you. There is always a deeper reason as to why.

2. You then create a deficit of energy/calories. This done by consuming less and/or moving more. Hitting calorie and protein goals.

3. 4 weeks pass and you have noticed a change. Friends and family members start to pay complements that bring a smile to your smile.

4. 12 weeks have passed and wow, you really notice a change, especially when comparing photos.

5. You have a problem, you have now got to start the process of buying a new wardrobe because your old clothes now hang off you!! – First wold problem.

6. Your confidence shoots up, you walk in a room with your shoulders back, chest high, you smile more, you feel stronger. Best bit about this is, is this is just the beginning!

7. Your new-found confidence rubs off on other people, you are attracting people towards you because they want to be around someone who is confident in themselves.

8. You no longer have to pull your top down when you stand up from your desk, you do not hesitate when it comes to getting your kit off on holiday.

9. Love life is good, sex life is better!! That promotion you were not sure about… you got it because your boss saw the way you are now carrying yourself.

10. Your life is good!!



Think back to times when you have had a high level of confidence… now imagine that, but all the time.
